At this point I would also like to coin a new phrase which is a portmanteau of CERN and certainty:
CERN-tainty: (noun) The level of confidence required by CERN to formally announce the discovery (or not) of the Higgs Boson.
When a fact is stated with CERN-tainty you can be pretty sure that you’re getting reliable information.
Racisms in the Westcountry
Highlighting the prejudice and white supremacist attitudes prevalent in my social group does not go down well when the local population is over 99% white.
Nobody sympathizes; it’s clear that their dogma is inherent in the culture.

End of Year Awards
In the final assembly back at my old school each student received a little personalized certificate written by the rest of the class which was meant to encapsulate your personality and your impact on others over the course of the five years.
It’s only been two years at college and I’ve only met a few new people, but I thought it might be interesting to do my own little version of this for my personal amusement.
Whilst I may forget your names and faces in the years to come, I certainly won’t forget the times we’ve had.
